The services include Construction Monitoring & Co-ordination, Assistance in Procurement service for civil/ structural/ equipment erection work, Co-ordination amongst Client and contractors working at site and Site supervision. Site supervision services include Progress Surveillance, Quality Surveillance, Quantity Surveillance, Monitoring Progress Report, Co-ordination and Interaction.

Quantity Survey/BOQ Preparation

Quantity evaluation from the approved drawings of Civil & Mechanical works as per the required formats of customer/client for home & overseas upcoming/ongoing/completed projects.

Client Progress Billing

Bill Preparation, Submission & Client Certification of Monthly Running Account Bills for Civil, Mechanical, Mechanical equipments & Piping works within the scheduled time as per the prescribed formats of client.

Client Bill Review

Bill of quantity Preparation, Review with existing bill & Client Certification of outcome quantity for Civil, Mechanical, Mechanical equipments & Piping works.

Shop floor Drawing Development

Developing mechanical fabrication drawings for plate and structural works as per the approved designs/GA/elevation/marking plan.

Quality Control [QA/QC]

Quality evaluation, preparation of standard inspection reports, carry out field inspection with client/consultant and getting client/consultant certification on inspection reports of mechanical fabrication, erection, equipment erection and piping works.

Material Handling

Handling of Civil & Mechanical materials like steel, cement, pipes, paints, plant equipments, etc with proper storage and timely delivery. Preparation & Certification of Monthly Material Reconciliation statement of all free issue items.
